Once on the production floor, training continues as each person develops and refines their individual style and approach. ORION is committed to provide each person the necessary tools to succeed.

ORION provides a continual training program, whereby our people are taught advanced selling skills. Acquiring the skills of probing for need, active listening, and a mastery of advanced product knowledge are the primary objectives of these classes.

On a daily basis, our training, quality control, and production staff are providing ongoing guidance and assistance. It is not uncommon to see account managers, directors and even our president working with people.

All of these factors combine giving a new employee a comfortable, positive environment in which to work. It also helps our employees understand that a long-term, successful relationship with our firm is a reality. Our first and most important goal as a firm is to provide good solid training and guidance, in an environment that is positive and fulfilling.

Game-Based Training

ORION has recently implemented a continual game-based learning program that allows for efficient testing and effective measure of program requirements and product knowledge. Initial tests of game-based learning have had a positive impact on the entire ORION training program.
