ORION Marketing Group, Inc. fully complies with the all State and National Do Not Call rules and regulations. As a matter of routine business practice, ORION Marketing Group, Inc. maintains and continuously uploads individual state do not call lists, The Direct Marketing Association's Telephone Preference Service and the FTC's Do Not Call Registry. All client lists are scrubbed against the FTC Do Not Call registry, a master state DNC list, The ORION Marketing Group, Inc., internal DNC list and the Direct Marketing Associations Telephone Preference Service before any calling is initiated. Furthermore, all calling lists are scrubed against the wireless number database. The following outlines The ORION Marketing Group, Inc. DNC scrub process:

A. The list is received from the client and immediately scrubbed against all the below mentioned lists
  

  • The FTC Do Not Call Registry (all area codes)   
  • The ORION Marketing Group, Inc. Internal Do Not Call List (phone number is maintained on list for 10 years)   
  • Our Master State DNC List (all states not included in the FTC DNC Registry)   
  • The Direct Marketing Association Telephone Preference Service List   
  • Wireless Number Database (Ported and LERG Files)

    B. A count and database of all DNC records is created, stored and reported back to the client for approval.

    C. All phone numbers that match to a DNC list are marked, noting the list where the match occurred, and removed from the database before calling is initiated.

    D. Sample phone numbers are cross-referenced against the calling list to assure accuracy.

    E. All DNC lists are maintained so that any customer who expresses a violation can be researched to determine if their telephone number was on any of the above mentioned lists.

    ORION Marketing Group, Inc. continuously monitors and enforces this process to assure full compliance. A DNC compliance officer ensures the integrity of the process by monitoring all account managers, trainers and Telemarketing Sales Representatives.

    All ORION Marketing Group, Inc. employees have received extensive training on both the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule and ORION Marketing Group, Inc. official Do Not Call policy.
