DO NOT CALL TRAINING

In order to comply fully with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, all employees of ORION Marketing Group, Inc. have been provided significant training on the following issues:

1. All ORION TSRs must provide prompt disclosure of the following items in a truthful and clear manner:

   

  • The identity of the seller - The seller is defined as the client that ORION Marketing Group, Inc. is calling on behalf of.
       
  • The purpose of the call is to sell a service - Given that ORION Marketing Group, Inc. specializes in the financial industry (Home equity loans and Mortgage Refinancing) all agents have been instructed not to use "this is a courtesy call." Instead, all ORION TSRs must tell the customer that they are calling to sell a service, specifically a home equity loan and/or a mortgage refinance. Therefore, the TSR has indicated to the consumer that they are selling a service and have also provided a description of that service (i.e. Home equity loan/Mortgage refinance).

    2. ORION Marketing Group, Inc. does NOT provide and services for prize promotion companies, charities or clients who accept any payment/compensation over the phone. All consumers who are interested are simply agreeing to have a client loan officer/specialist call back or send more information to the consumer regarding a home equity loan or mortgage refinance.

    3. ORION Marketing Group, Inc. does not engage in any programs that involve pre-acquired account information.

    4. All ORION TSRs were trained to immediately place any customer on the internal Do Not Call when the consumer asks that this be done. Furthermore, if a consumer asks for written verification that they have been placed on the internal DNC list, all TSRs have been trained on the ORION process and the required forms that must be completed.
