Technology Advances:
- ORION Predictive Dialer: Equivalent to conventional dialers in terms of speed, however, it is far more flexible. ORION continuously updates our outbound dialer code allowing clients to get want they want, when they want it.
- Application Generator: Allows account executives to develop automated programs without the assistance of a programmer. This allows for reduced programming time and cost.
- Digital Call Recording: All calls are recorded and downloaded to the recording server where the voice files are stored as MP3 files.
- Productivity Enhancements: From the time an agent logs onto the system to the time they log off, we keep track of all individual statistics. We report individual contacts, sales, conversion rates, and graph those statistics over time. These tools give managers an accurate assessment of agent performance versus the program average and allow for greater feedback and program improvements.
- Internet Based Training: All monitoring critique forms are completed via the Internet in order to assure accuracy and to develop a history of each ORION TSR from their first day on the production floor.
