The current facility at 12000 Network Blvd. 105A will has been remodeled to increase inbound capacity by 50%. “Our ability to drive sales within the inbound CRM environment has resulted in current clients requesting more capacity,” said Michael Seringer, VP of Operations. “We plan on an immediate 30% increase in hiring for both inbound sales and live web chat.” ORION specializes in providing front-end customer solutions for Fortune 1000 clients.
