Even though U.S. District Court Judge Edward Nottingham has blocked the implementation of the FTC Do Not Call list, ORION Marketing Group, Inc. will recommend FTC compliance to all its clients.

"We are proceeding with our current compliance schedule and will not alter planned scrubs," said Joe Seringer, President and CEO. "We are ready to go on October 1st."

Along with scrubbing of those phone numbers listed on the FTC registry, ORION Marketing Group has made the technological changes necessary to adhere fully to the entire FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule.
