In compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (Public Law 102-243; December 20,1991)and the subsequent updated Federal Trade Commission 16 CFR Part 310 Ruling (effective December 31, 1995) "DO NOT CALL" LISTS, it is the policy of The Orion Marketing Group, Inc. to provide our clients with the capability to remove customers from the calling database who indicate that they do not wish to be solicited. When an individual indicates that they desire to be taken off the calling list, the TSR will mark the data record appropriately. A file of "DO NOT CALL" records will be created by The Orion Marketing Group, Inc. The file will be transmitted to the client to be merged with their database to make certain that the records are eliminated from the calling file. In addition, The Orion Marketing Group, Inc. will maintain on its premises all reports, scripts, training materials, and tapes associated with the client's program for no less than a twenty-four (24) month time-frame following the agreed upon conclusion of the client's telemarketing project. |
