Third: We screen leads for data integrity.

Fourth: We involve the client in the process by providing an Internet Monitoring capability so that they can monitor their calls just as if they were in our shop.

There can still be problems even if the lead is a quality lead. For this reason we work with our clients to develop lead tracking campaigns so that they know what happened to each of the leads. The information that we get from the clients field sales personnel is vital in our efforts to change a program to better fit their needs.

This all goes back to our efforts to customize the program and continue to make the incremental improvements that add up to a successful program.
